All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in the User's own name. vs879 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to the User's account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier section of your account. vs879 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
8Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are displayed in the cashier. vs879 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours; actual transfer times depend on the payment provider. vs879 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or fraud review. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

vs879 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, suspend or permanently close accounts, and recover any amounts paid out as a result of prohibited conduct. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. The User agrees that any decision made by vs879 under this clause is final and binding.
6. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

All content on vs879.club — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of vs879 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of vs879.
14Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vs879 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in odds or game results. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
15Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to vs879's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in vs879's operating territory. vs879 does not make any claims as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction — Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance.
7. Responsible Gaming and Account Termination

In the event of closure for breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited. In all other cases, the User's verified real-money balance will be returned via their registered payment method.
18Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receiving a closure request, vs879 will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified real-money balances and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Users who have opted for self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons should note that vs879 will reject any requests to reopen the account during the exclusion period.
